Good coating
Alright so I’ll try and be quick. The prep work sucks, if you’ve never FULLY detailed a car this is going to be a real project, possibly days long. Coating seems good but I only had enough of the pre treatment to do one coat. If you have a big vehicle it’s going to put you in a jam. I’d also recommend going over to the tag company and ordering some real microfibers because the ones in the box are garbage. MAKE SURE YOU LEVEL OFF THE SURFACE, EVERYWHERE. Even in places that are easy to forget like right under your mirror or else you’ll end up with a nice rainbow spot. Up until this point I’ve on my bused synthetic sealants which last around 9 months and while harder to put on are more forgiving. We’ll see if the durability is better with the coatings or if I’ll switch back to the sealant. If this lasts over a year I’d buy it again.
Forgot to wipe off a spot, ruined clear coat on a brand new car.
I was able to do 2 cars with the amount they sent me and both came out looking incredible. Though on the second car I was getting tired and forgot to wipe a spot and didn't realize and it completely ruined the clear coat. I am going to have to get my deck lid resprayed if I ever want it fixed.
Wow!!! Look at that shine
Gave it 4 stars as i just applied it 2 hours ago. Easy to put on and wipe off, the prep is the hard part of the whole process. You gotta correct the paint prior to using this so be prepared to spend some time on that. I didnt even use a quarter of it sonim goingbto add a second coat in the morning. I have 2 other cars to do...hopefull i can get 2 done 2 coats with this bottle. We will see how it holds up
Update: 19Jan2019 just wet wife's car to see beads and it left ALL kinds of water spots that I can't get out...shine is good but water spots like a mofo

I was expecting it to be more slick on the paint surface and more hydrophobic. It does however give an incrediable gloss and shine, especially on black plastics.
No longevity
Bought in a pinch, Looked good for a cpl months but does not perform like a quality Ceramic Coating does. Great price but not for us pros.
Instructions vague
Instructions are very vague.
Not worth the cost or effort.
This is my 3rd order of this particular product, the 1st batch I had was quite exceptional. The last two have not held up as they should. The water beads but not sheets off like the 1st batch did.
I am a former professional car detailer for more than 22 years know how to read instructions and how to prepare a finish properly and this product is not holding up the way it should even from the outset.

An honest opinion
Very nice packaging. It seemed to go on easily. Things that need addressed include the following. I have half of the ceramic coating left after doing a 4runner but I'm completely out of the prespray. How are the portions that off? The prespray bottles' pickup tube was incredibly long and didn't sit at the bottom of the bottle so spraying was difficult as it got low. I had to cut the tube to continue. What in the world is up with the large green cloth that's provided??? It's not lint free nor does it wipe the product off easily. Seriously, it was the opposite of lint free. So much shedding and it stuck to the paint. I used store bought lint free microfibers instead. Speaking of, I had to use 3 towels to wipe the product off and that wasn't enough. It made it difficult to get all the haze out unless the towel was a clean one. The application sponge was thick which helped handling it but made it difficult in tight quarters. Finally, the instructions and user guide were vague. Nicely printed but the product wasn't the same as in images. Also, instructions were hard to understand when talking about hood temps and wetting a towel. Do you wet with water? If so, should it be distilled? Things like that. I hate being that guy but I didn't have the best experience. We'll see how it holds up.
great product at the begging but after one winter I really don't see it working anymore
I was happy with it at the start, was working on car for 8 hours to apply it perfectly. Then I leave my car in garage for 2 days. First months it was great, but now when the winter passed, water is spreading again just like before when I didn't have this on my car, so really, if it would cost maybe 50% less and would be easier to apply it it could be perfect product. This way I have some mixed fellings.
Good for some
Honestly the finish did even hold up for half of the winter. I’m sure in a warmer state it would’ve done fine. Wish I’d have spent more on a coating especially after all the prep work.

Not as good as I thought bit would be for the price it cost won't buy it again not worth the money there are better and cheaper products out there

Decent
I put this on my silver 18' F150. It was much easier to put on than many of the videos I watched of other products. However, it didn't seem to give that super smooth finish like wax gives. It was pouring rain after I installed the product and water did not sheet up like the truck did prior. Since my truck is silver its difficult to tell if this gave it any more shine but the water beads nicely and as long as it protects my finish this was a win. Just wish the finish felt smoother.

So far not very impressed with the product but the seller does care very much about the user experience.
I have 20 years experience detailing cars. However, I applied the product per the instructions, 1) Clean the surface 2) Apply Pre-prep 3) Wipe on the ceramic coat with the included sponge, carefully up/down and left/right to evenly coat the surface. 4) Wipe with a wet cloth to further spread the coating 5) Buff with a clean microfibre towel.
The process is easy enough, and I'm sure the coating remained on the surface after the application, I did not remove the coating during the process. However, it does not appear to be doing a very good job of repelling dirt and moisture, not really any better than my other car that only has a waxed surface.
Included with the kit was enough product to coat two cars, I'm not sure if I will bother doing a second one as it might be a waste of time.
The seller has been in contact with me to determine why I wasn't completely satisfied with 9H Ceramic coat. The customer service has been very good and they did offer some recommendations on things I could do to improve the experience. However, I have yet to determine if I did anything wrong and don't see how the outcome would be much different.
I have increased my review from one star to three stars due to the customer service being much better than expected. Just because the product didn't work out as I'd hoped, maybe others will be happier with the product. The price is really good given you can coat two vehicles with what is in the kit.

I as well prepped the car with a two stage compound/sealant then applied this product a day after sitting in the garage. Followed all instructions. It came out just okay. I would say it did help with reduction of scratches. I have a black car and even using a microfiber cloth you could see light mark's in the paint. So it did reduce that. As far as hydrophobic; it's not that great. Certainly not like the videos you see in their ad. Shine, again, meh. I think a paint sealant has better shine. I also found it to be somewhat sticky after. I was expecting a glass like smooth finish but No.
I think for the price, it's just an okay product. I did a lot of prep work at least 6hrs worth before hand and it took another 2 hours to apply this. Was hoping for better results.
